Can I collect my order by myself?
Certainly! For all self-collection orders, the collection venue would be at our office (30 Shaw Road, #02-01 Roche Building, Singapore 367957). Please collect your order on the date chosen during your check out process and during our opening hours (9am - 6pm). If you would like to collect your order earlier than your chosen date, give us a call at (65) 6970 5900 and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
What is your daily delivery schedule like?
Our delivery schedule is morning 10am - 2pm, afternoon 3pm - 7pm.
My delivery did not arrive within the hours requested. What should I do?
Sometimes due to technical glitches or bad weather, we may not be able to fulfill your delivery within the hours requested. If that happens, please reach out to us at (65) 6970 5900 or write to us at info@onlyflora.com.sg so that we can send a complimentary bouquet to your recipient and make up for it.
My recipient received the wrong item. What should I do?
