Please notify us within 24 hours from time of receiving the floral arrangement. To be eligible for a one-to-one exchange, your item must be untouched and unwrapped. Your item has to be in the original packaging, in the same condition as you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us within 30 minutes if you would like to cancel an order made online for a refund. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
